Within the framework of the Art Days, the exhibition “Traveler and Garden” by glass artist Marta Ģibiete will be on view at the Cēsis Exhibition House from April 22.

The exhibition will feature both glass sculptures in the author’s technique and experiments in the plane, mostly the achievements of recent years. The works of the transparent structure from the collection “Travelers” will be supplemented by recently made graphic engravings. The newest works will be three-dimensional glass buds – small, large, hopeful, smooth and wrinkled, bright and gray, some completely black, others angry. They are a testimony of the inevitable, unstoppable spring around us and in ourselves, of hope, of tomorrow.

The exhibition is open until June 12.
